Wet the bristles and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Flip over the sand timer. After putting the bristles against the teeth, press the power button to turn on the toothbrush, and press the power button again to change the mode if needed. Brush by gently moving the bristles back and forth across the teeth, at a 45-degree angle to the gumline. Spend 30 seconds on each quadrant of the mouth. When time is up, rinse and spit!
